Fear can be debilitating emotional mental paralytic that at times may cause us to be hesitant in tranquil when facing obstacles and opportunities in our lives. It’s can even cause us to feel like we are in quicksand and the harder we fight the further we sync to me fear stands for forget everything and run or face everything and rise. In this blog I will break down 3 easy steps to ascension I minimizing if not eliminating whatever it may be that you fear.

1: Your Thought Process

Know that your thought process is just that a process. We must break down what is positive in your thought process and what is pessimistic the old saying (that I did not come up with) is that the pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity while the optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty we must inventory our thought process like we’re selling products in a store there are some products that serve well and in turn sell well. Those that don’t may be discontinued as they don’t positively benefit the overall profitability of the store. What do you store in your thought process is it building you or killing you?

Action item: Take a sheet of paper and make the title your thought/situation, draw A-line down the middle of it like a lower case t. On one side put pessimistic or poorest and on the other side put optimistic or opt in then think about every thought pertaining to that particular thought/ situation. This will help you to relevantly put into perspective of what thoughts you are having and how many for each side. Then next rate each thought to the impact that it has on you from 1 to 5. This rating will allow you to identify what most impacts you. Then come up with a list of things that you can do with each item to help to either positively reinforce it or if it’s on the pest side minimize its relevance then the number you gave each of them from 1 to 5 is how many actual items you should write on each of them. The greater the impact the more action that needs to be taken to reinforce your thought process being more positive than negative.
